I'm at 63 yr old male that has worked in the Construction Industry all my life and have had my fair share of worked related accidents/ injuries. I've had hundreds, yes hundreds of Physio appointments throughout my career and am now going through it yet again. My wife insisted I try a different Clinic than my usual and am very happy that I did so. I was fortunate enough to get Jodi-Ann Vaz-Alcide as my Therapist and am very grateful for the help that she is providing me for recent injury. Bellefleur Physiotherapy (Orleans) is a REAL breath of fresh air compared to what I was used to. What a beautiful, clean and friendly environment. My neurologist prescribed vestibular physio for extreme dizziness and numbness in my arms. I searched Reddit for recommendations and found Christopher Rigby at Bellefleur Physio on Beechwood Ave. He helped me and I am grateful. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to and the exercises he gave me were very useful. I also liked the office, which is cheerful, central and efficient. They billed my insurance directly and they have a patient portal for appointments and to record the exercises for current and future use. I am quite happy, and will return if I need more physio.

I saw Brandon in December for lower back issues. He conducted a thorough analysis to fully understand the pain points and quickly put in place a plan to not help heal my lower back pain, but also help strengthen the back in order to avoid or minimize any reoccurrences. I first booked an appointment with Jason in mid-July due to severe sciatica and piriformis muscle pain that was affecting my daily routine. I had tried massages and some acupuncture with limited success. Jason was able to address my issue, targeting the problem area with stretches and provided specific exercises to do at home. Gradually over the course of a month, my condition started to improve with each appointment and in September I was finally pain free and back to my daily routine (and the gym). It was a long haul, but the appointments were well worth the time and gave me hope that I would come out better on the other side. I cannot thank Jason enough for the care, attention, encouragement, and support he provided throughout my treatment.

Pleasantly surprise of the level of professionalism. I was very comfortable with my therapist who explained what the issue is with my back ache. It’s not at 100% but it is a lot better which I decided to resume with the exercises on my own at home and stop the visits at Bellefleur, knowing the doors are always open should I need a professional touch again.

Just came from Bellefleur Physio Orleans. I saw Krystal. She was very thorough, asked the right questions about life style, activities, examined my shoulder and muscles function, released some muscled tension, assessed my strength, gave me exercises.My husband went as well a few weeks ago, he saw someone else and was satisfied.I can see this physio centre is serious and have competent PTs.In the past I went to an Ottawa physio centres "chain" that were never any help except see me for a few minutes and put you on machines, one time the girl gave one exercise because I asked for some. Totally useless.I definitely recommend Bellefleur Physio in Orleans.

First, I would like to thank you Jason for handling my case directly. From the very beginning, Jason indicated that he would approach the handling of my right hip/back problem in a somewhat different method by working on my Pelvic (motion & muscle). With a few months of daily exercises and five treatments, this approach seems to work well and the pain level has certainly decrease significantly. I am planning to continue with be daily exercises going forward.

I suffered a fairly severe disc injury which led me to seek physiotherapy. Bellefleur is within walking distance so I arranged an appointment there with Alexander. The clinic is large and welcoming and the decor is soothing. Alexander assessed me and then prescribed a program that I could see online. I feel very positive about my recovery and highly recommend this clinic.

I've been going to Bellefleur Physiotherapy for over a year now for treatment following a major hip reconstructive surgery. I can't speak highly enough about the care I received. Christopher approached my unique case with compassion, understanding, and determination. I was constantly amazed by his level of knowledge. He found creative ways to motivate me, like using a scoreboard of achievements to appeal to my competitiveness. My recovery was extremely challenging, but I never once doubted I'd make it to the finish line with Chris and the Bellefleur team in my corner. I began physio on my shoulders in early January of this year. I was experiencing pain in both shoulders, but more so, on my left side. I was introduced to Laura and started my therapy. Laura was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I was appreciative of the fact she used a model of the shoulder on several occasions to assist with an explanation for the possible cause of pain. Laura provided me with some exercises to start strengthening my shoulder and as we progressed through the weeks, my shoulder began to feel stronger and most importantly, pain free. I am very satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend Bellefleur to friends and colleagues.

Was NOT a believer in physio therapy. A frozen shoulder showed me that, the pain wasn't going to stop without it. Bellefleur Physiotherapy was recommended to me. It had been already 6 months of pain and suffering. Chris came to the rescue the difference it made from the second and third appointment was amazing. I’ve been training with Meghan from Bellefleur Fitness for about 8 months now.Wow! What a difference it’s made in my life.There are not many people that I’d get up for at 6:15am to exercise with but she makes it so fun and is very supportive and encouraging.I remember crying in the car before I walked in the first day. Hello All, I have hardly written a review if I feel just right about the services.I broke my finger a year ago and I have not expected it will be recovered. However after 4 times at the Bellefleur physiotherapy (treated by Ms. Krystal), I can see that my little finger has been improved (flexibility and strength). I hope that after finishing the 6-treatments and hope over 80% improving.My lessons learned, Please don't leave your pain becomes a chronic and deteriorate your physical and mental health. I've been meaning to write a review for a few months. I tore a leg muscle back in the spring which resulted in a lower back and hip issue as well. I worked with Jason weekly to repair the leg, back and hip for about 4 months and happy to say that all is better and healed. Everything about my experience in dealing with this clinic was superb. The admin staff at the front desk were very helpful and happy, Jason knew exactly the treatment I needed to get my mobility back and provided me with exercise sheets for use at home in between appointments. His clinic does do direct billing. I highly recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy.

I recently injured my back and contacted Bellefleur Physio for an appointment. They were able to fit me in the next day, and I was so relieved to be seeing someone.My PT Eric was very kind and knowledgable and provided his diagnosis with compassion. Ma plus récente expérience est avec Érika et elle a été formidable. J’ai eu un accident et on m’a dit que ça pourrait me prendre un an pour retrouver ma mobilité. Après 7 visites avec elle, avec son encouragement, en appliquant ses recommandations, j’ai retrouvé 90% de ma mobilité. Je ne pourrais jamais la recommander assez. J’ai trouvé en elle, une personne chaleureuse et compétente.

Edit to update:My review is for the clinic, as a client i deserved better specially when i asked for more help, i sent separate feedback to the physio who i think is a nice person and may help her in future better for pp clients and in communication so that expectations can be well managed.i never mentioned anything about the physio anyway however it seemed the reply to my comment was taken otherwise. Even with below feedback my only hope is to help pp clients better than i was. I was lucky to eventually get help and treated so i figured this clinic could use this feedback to serve better, no hard feelings, its just the way i felt after attending many sessions religiously and following the exercise plan i was given. You can either feel u r doing it all right and there's nothing to improve amd thats fine. If not maybe try to analyze how you can help pp clients better.Pretentious that the clinic cares, failed to help my DR issue and the owner's resolution was a weak advice to keep trying the same thing. Not for postpartum pelvic floor physio if thats your goal. Find someplace better.

I was referred by my family doctor for pelvic floor physiotherapy, and let's be honest, I was far from thrilled at the idea of pelvic floor physio! Amanda Clément was amazing! I received a lot of help from my physiotherapist, Amanda, since I start to visit three years ago. She is very fun, positive, knowledgeable and willing to help. The tightness caused by sitting for too long has improved a lot after doing the stretches and training that she gave me. The clinic itself is well-organized and clean. The staff are very nice. I cannot recommend Amanda at the orleans location enough! She has helped tremendously with my postpartum recovery and I wish I had known about pelvic floor therapy with my first! I have only compliments for Bellefleur Physio in Orleans. From the courteous front staff who submit my claims (SO appreciate this) to the spotless environment, it is top notch. Although I had serious doubts that physio would help (I have been disappointed in the past), Dr Amanda Clement thoroughly explained the importance of pelvic floor strength, and that I should not have to accept what I assumed was early signs of aging — small leaks while sneezing or giving up on jogging, etc., The exercise videos she sent were clearly presented and explained and effective. A wonderful business tucked away in Orleans. This is the best kept secret of Physio Clinics in Ottawa. Friendly staff, a space that was always clean, and ample parking.I worked with Amanda who is an absolute superstar. Initially, she helped me with my recovery post-surgery (appendectomy) and then later I went back for help with my TMJ/Jaw Pain since she was so helpful. I felt like Amanda could do it all and was a huge wealth of knowledge.Perhaps the best part is that my time with her felt like a team effort. She always provided suggestions of new things for me to try for pain management and homework in the form of exercises. I felt very engaged and involved in my own healing process with her support.I would definitely go back here for treatment, and highly recommend it to anyone interested!

I recently completed my pelvic floor program with Amanda. She was very kind, non-judgmental and supportive during my time with her. I had sling surgery recently but was still experiencing some pain and heaviness. She gave me lots of different exercises to do in a variety of situations. She councelled me regarding a second surgery. She suggested abit more time with physio to see if the surgery was really needed.....it wasn't, Pain is gone and heavinessis sooo much better. All the ladies and gents at Bellefleur Physiotherapy were amazing.

I can't say enough great things about Bellefleur! Their clinic is beautiful, warm, inviting, and always 100% immaculate. Their reception staff is friendly and extremely helpful too! This is a great place to receive physio care. Space is extremely suited for the purpose of all the exercises one must do. The staff is friendly, understanding, patient, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend!!

Ruth is simply one of the nicest, most genuine persons I've met. She is the bomb diggy, and has helped me and my daughter in the past. Thank you Ruth! You are the reason why we keep coming back. Margaret Runnalls was one of the kindest and skilled physiotherapists I've had the pleasure to help me. Although I couldn't quite pinpoint my issue, she asked as many questions as possible to support me during assessment and afterwards. Thanks again :).In general the place is slightly more costly than other physio places, but for the quality no bad price!!!

I had an absolutely excellent experience at Bellefleur Physiotherapy. After being diagnosed with subdeltoid bursitis last December, I had tried another physiotherapy clinic that really fell short of my expectations. At that location, I felt like I didn't matter...I was being "juggled around" by my physiotherapist with two or sometimes three other patients at the same time, and I felt like I wasn't getting the care I needed to heal properly.All of this changed drastically when I switched to Bellefleur Physiotherapy and started seeing Dominique for our physiotherapy sessions. From the first appointment, he demonstrated a very professional, caring, and supportive attitude, and prepared a plan right away to help manage my symptoms. He provided a realistic plan for when I could start to feel better, and answered any questions I had, all while making me feel like my pain mattered.It's been almost a year since I was diagnosed with subdeltoid bursitis, and I am so happy and grateful to report that my symptoms are a lot better, and I have Dominique to thank for this. He was an absolutely excellent, professional, and friendly physiotherapist and definitely exceeded my expectations, and I strongly believe that he deserves to be recognized for the care and attention that he provides for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any person I know who is struggling from pain and needs help dealing with their symptoms, since he is clearly someone who goes above and beyond in his work and really cares about helping people get better.All in all, I highly recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy for anyone looking for excellent care in regards to managing their injuries and pain.

I have been suffering from a pain in the upper leg up to my butt check. After listening and analyzing my issue, Maggie prepared a program for me. I have to admit that it worked. I came to Bellefleur with some issues related to one of my knees that was impacting my golf game. I met Maggie R who completed a thorough review of my strength and flexibility, then narrowed down my problem to a need to strength building. With a series of exercises to be completed every day, combined with weekly visit for some hands on physiotherapy, I was back to my normal game in a very short period of time. Maggie was focused, diligent and friendly - highly recommended.

I'm extremely thankful for Maggie, Physiotherapist at Bellefleur Physiotherapy, for helping me through a painful hip issue. Maggie's passion for her work was evident in all of the appointments that I attended. She took the time to fully address the issue which caused my discomfort and developed a targeted plan to help me achieve my goals. After breaking my leg this winter and having surgery I chose to see a physiotherapist at Bellefleur to get me walking again. I selected Maggie Runnals due to her availability that conveniently suited mine and I was amazed at the experience. First, I explained how insurance and cost were an issue for me and how I would like to minimize my visits as much as possible. Maggie prepared thorough exercise plans including levels of difficulty for me to increase and change my exercises as I improve without having to book additional visits. In addition, all the plans were provided virtually so I could keep track of my progress and visually see how to movements should be performed. 2 visits later, I am glad to say I have returned to me usual activities pre-broken leg! I will continue to see Bellefleur physio and in particular Maggie Runnels should I require their service in the future

When I first reached out to Bellefleur Physio I was in lots of pain. My neck and lower back were a constant problem. With my first virtual appointment with Jason and some of the suggestions and exercises he provided made a difference right way. I can now say that I have been able to do things that I enjoy such as gardening and walking regularly without pain. He has given me the tools to relieve the pain that would often limit my day to day activities.I would recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy to anyone that is experiencing any physical pain. I highly recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy in Orleans. Maggie was my therapist and she is very skilled and knowledgeable. Thanks to her attention to detail in every session, I was able to recover very quickly. I was amazed by how much improvement I had in each visit. Most of all, she is very kind and encouraging, and she made the recovery process surprisingly enjoyable!The staff are friendly, having private rooms was nice, and the online platform for exercises was very useful. As well, they are very careful to observe all Covid-19 protocols. Overall, it was a great experience, and Maggie was excellent!

I found Amanda while searching for a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Once we had that under control, we moved onto issues with my hip (both connected, of course!) and I must say that I have not felt this good since 2010, when I injured my hip! She did some work on my hip while in the clinic, she gave me exercises to do at home, and she encouraged me to get out walking - with all of her help and advice, I feel fantastic!!Also, the front desk staff is amazing. Kind, patient, courteous, welcoming.Fice stars, Amanda and Bellefleur!

Given my circumstances during the Pandemic, I needed virtual physiotherapy for my injured right hand and broken finger. Eric Methot-Curtis proved to be the perfect "virtual" physiotherapist. I highly recommend this place as I was assisted with respect and care. The private rooms are awesome for one on one care unlike other places that take care of you in open areas with curtains and you hardly know who is the therapist. It was hard to let go as I will miss the friendly staff and a therapist who loves engaging in a conversation. Please don’t look elsewhere, this is the place.Thanks Dave and your team!!

Since getting a total knee replacement on October 26/20 I have received 7 physio treatments from Dom at Bellefleur and have seen immense improvement. I will be continuing physio treatments here for some time but am sure of positive results in the end. He is extremely knowledgeable and well educated in his field, and answers any and all questions. If you do everything they tell you to do you will be back on your bike, doing proper squats in the gym and/or playing pickle ball, etc. All the staff is very polite and friendly and do their best to accommodate you in any way. I highly recommend them for your physio needs. Thanks Dom!
