Experience semi private training at Bellefleur Fitness, where our knowledgeable professionals will provide you with a customized training plan and ensure safe and effective workouts that meet your goals. With a maximum of 3-5 individuals per session, you'll still receive the dedicated support you need from a trainer, while building camaraderie among other community members.

How Is Small Group Training Different From Semi Private Training?

Our small group training programs are groups of 8-10 individuals,  following the same superior workout under the guidance of a trainer while building relationships with other members that help to increase personal accountability — so they have fun and stick with it.

Semi private training differs since each client in the space has an individual training program specifically for their needs and goals (no 2 programs are the same!). The trainer monitors the space of 3-5 participants to make sure individuals are performing their required exercises safely and effectively. This extra attention and accountability from their coach leads to a big impact on their performance and results. Semi private training is a hybrid between personal training and small group training.

How Does Semi Private Training Work? 

  • Step 1 - Consult With Us - Complete the form below and one of our Bellefleur Fitness Representatives will contact you to learn more about your goals and where you feel stuck. We need to make sure this style of training is right for you.
  • Step 2 - Meet With a Trainer To Design Your Plan - Once you are ready to begin your journey with us, you will meet with a trainer to create a customized plan based on your goals, fitness level, injuries, training frequency, and schedule.
  • Step 3 - Book Your Sessions and Train With Intention - Semi private training sessions are flexible with times available in the morning, afternoon, and/or evening. Book your sessions according to your schedule and the package you purchase. Show up, do your best, build new habits, and overcome obstacles with our dedicated trainers and supportive community.
  • Step 4 - Crush Your Goals (And Make New Ones!) - A trainer will follow-up with you throughout your journey to ensure your plan works for you. If you require modifications or finally reach (or surpass) your fitness goals, we can create a new plan to become an even stronger version of yourself.
