Do you want to get regular exercise, but not sure where to begin?
Many gyms offer drop-in style group fitness classes or machine-based exercise. Walking into a huge open room with hundreds of mysterious machines or a room full of random people is tough. What's worse is that the members seem to be in great shape and know exactly what they're doing. It's not hard to see why so many people think they're too out of shape to join a gym.
We are here to help!
If you tend to be intimidated by gyms, but you still want a place you can work out, we have options for you.
Joining a structured fitness program with a small group of like-minded folks can help to relieve a lot of the stress of getting started and provides accountability when trying to build a regular exercise habit.
Each of our fitness programs are taught by qualified fitness professionals that keep you going and make you more proficient, both at movement and at building healthy habits.

Choose a program below that will help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Programs are typically 2 x 60 minute classes per week over 8 weeks (16 classes total). You also have access to FREE weekly bonus Friday or Saturday morning fitness classes (classes change weekly). That is a total of 24 classes!
Each program has a different level of intensity and you can decide which one meets your current level of fitness. After 8 weeks, you can choose to stay in the program you are in or you can move on to a different program.
Gentle strength & mobility
You’ll realize how much better you are when you stay strong and mobile. Our gentle program is designed for you to better understand and be aware of your body and improve mobility and strength gradually.
Great for beginners, seniors, people coming back from injury, and those who just want to be more active and improve their vitality. No getting down on the floor, low impact options.
Mom strong
Light cardio, lifting light weights, gentle bodyweight exercises, abdominal strengthening, and mobility exercises can be great ways for women to clear their minds, build strong, healthy bodies, and avoid injuries. Exercising postpartum can help strengthen major muscle groups, including your core and pelvic floor, boost energy and mood, and provide important mom time and social interactions. Bring baby along!
power build
Take strength and conditioning to the next level. With barbell training as the foundation, this class teaches us various techniques to lift heavier, which forces our cores to work harder and our spines to grow tougher, while still using dumbbells, kettlebells, and other resistance equipment that allows us to lift with a freer range of motion. Conditioning exercises will also be used to achieve lower and upper body muscular endurance.
Strength & conditioning
Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This class includes a variety of cardio exercises, body weight or resistance weights exercises, core training, and stretching for a complete workout. Low impact options are available.
Some exercises require participants to get down on to the floor.
