Many gyms offer drop-in style group fitness classes or machine-based exercise. Walking into a huge open room with hundreds of mysterious machines or a room full of random people is tough. What's worse is that the members seem to be in great shape and know exactly what they're doing. It's not hard to see why so many people think they're too out of shape to join a gym.

If you tend to be intimidated by gyms, but you still want a place you can work out, we have options for you.
Joining a structured fitness program with a small group of like-minded folks (maximum 10 participants) can help to relieve a lot of the stress of getting started and provides accountability when trying to build a regular exercise habit.
Each of our fitness programs are taught by qualified fitness professionals that keep you going and make you more proficient, both at movement and at building healthy habits.

While Stay Fit is designed for those seeking a greater challenge, it still provides low impact options and welcomes beginners who are ready to push their limits.
