Semi-Private Personal Training
Experience semi-private personal training at Bellefleur Fitness, the perfect blend between one-on-one personal training and small group fitness.
Our knowledgeable professionals will listen to your goals and design a customized training plan to ensure safe and effective workouts. With a maximum of 5-6 individuals per session in our Orleans studio (each person working on their own unique plan), you'll receive the dedicated support you need from a trainer, while building camaraderie among other community members.

Functional fitness was a term developed to promote strength training combined with cardiovascular endurance that promotes strength in everyday life. The workouts in this program require you to use multiple muscle groups simultaneously so they can work together for daily activities, improved strength, mobility, & balance.
This program runs for 8 week blocks, 2x per week, and has options for ALL levels of training.8 Week Golf Fit
Professional golfers have made strength & mobility training essential for maximizing achievement in the sport. However, amateur and recreational golfers can also benefit from strength & mobility training. If the goal of your golf fitness program is to increase clubhead speed and have your training transfer to the course, you need to prioritize the areas that are going to meet this goal and protect you against the demands of the sport.
