Low Back restore

Designed and supervised by a registered Physiotherapist alongside a qualified rehab assistant, these weekly classes will help you to relieve low back pain and discomfort that makes it hard to move around and do everyday tasks.

Bed rest and prolonged rest were previously very popular treatments for low back pain. However, we now know that people with low back pain who remain active do better in the long-term. In fact, it appears that the longer a person stays in bed because of low back pain, the worse their pain, disability and ability to work becomes.

  • Subacute back pain can come on suddenly or over time and lasts 4 to 12 weeks.

  • Chronic back pain may come on quickly or slowly and lasts longer than 12 weeks and occurs daily.
