Yves Leduc
Enthusiastic Bilingual Physiotherapist
Originally from Montreal, Yves completed masters degrees in both microbiology and physiotherapy at UBC while living in Vancouver. His personal fitness background includes national level track and field hurdler, black belt in aikido, and over eight years working as a personal trainer. Having worked as a physiotherapist in a hospital, private clinic and, in a long term facility, Yves is as comfortable in the clinical and hospital setting and at ease with all age groups.
Yves is very enthusiastic in sharing his interests in fitness and rehabilitation. With exercise prescription, he strives towards a holistic approach, incorporating strength, balance and coordination exercises aimed at functional outcomes. He is a strong believer in continued communication and education of his clients in order for them to gain a better understanding and a better awareness of their bodies. He enjoys treating various conditions from the weekend warrior to the elderly, post-operative rehab, and wheelchair prescription. Yves is looking forward to pursuing his education in areas such as dry needling and manual therapy.

In his spare time Yves has interest in calisthenics, swimming, meditation, breath work, reading, and listening to a wide range of musical styles.
